The Opportunity: Mixxos are supporting a leading operational business in the search for a Distribution Manager to join their warehouse leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching colleagues and ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved within a fast-paced distribution environment. You will lead from the front, working closely with your team to maintain service levels, improve productivity and create a culture focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
