They are now looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to strengthen client relationships and manage key accounts. Key Responsibilities for an Internal Account Manager:

  • Managing existing key and standard account business, developing new product sales and initiatives.
  • Being available as a primary point of contact when it comes to customer service focus in creating and maintaining successful working relationships with clients in the territory.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer information into CRM maintaining accurate project notes and information for mailing purposes.
  • Manage sales process and pipeline, and prepare for monthly sales reports and forecasts.
