A fast growing bespoke packaging business is hiring an Internal Sales Lead to take ownership of inbound sales, grow customer accounts and lead the internal team. This is a key leadership role in a close knit business, giving you real influence over sales performance, customer experience and how the team operates. Every customer is different, so you’ll be solving problems, building relationships and driving revenue every day.
As An Internal Sales Lead You Will:
- Handle and convert inbound enquiries
- Grow and manage customer accounts
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead and support two internal admin/sales support team members
- Allocate work, set priorities and keep standards high
- Work closely with the external Sales professional
- Keep CRM and records accurate
