We’re supporting a global organisation in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to cover their Northern & Eastern Europe region on an ongoing temporary basis. This role is predominantly focused on Poland, so fluent Polish and strong HR experience are essential. This role offers a mix of hands-on operational HR and strategic support across multiple European locations.
The Role
- Act as the main HR contact for Eastern Europe, supporting employees in Poland and wider markets
- Deliver the regional HR agenda and support the People Strategy
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Support recruitment, onboarding, development and wider talent processes
- Coach managers on performance management and day-to-day HR matters
- Lead HR administration and operational processes, partnering closely with finance
- Provide HR insights and reporting
- Travel within the region as required
What You’ll Need
- Strong HR BP or HR generalist background
- Fluent Polish language
- Confident handling employee relations and HR compliance
- Ability to work independently across multiple countries
