Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping
  • Assist with employee relations casework (note-taking, documentation, trackers)
  • Support HR projects and change activity coordination
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR data using Excel and HR systems
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings and consultations
  • Provide support to managers and escalate queries as required
