Our client is seeking a dynamic marketing leader to take on a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies across multiple brands, products, and business units. This is a high-impact position for a visionary yet hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives that align with corporate goals, drive business growth, and elevate brand presence across the board. Key Responsibilities for a Group Marketing Manager: * Develop and own the overall marketing strategy for the group. * Oversee and nurture the brand identities of multiple products divisions, or subsidiaries, maintaining consistency while enabling tailored market approaches. * Lead, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team. * Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and experiential). * Interpret market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. * Develop, manage, and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation. * Liaison between marketing and internal/external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, sales, product development, agency partners, and media. * Establish KPIs and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, using analytics to drive continuous improvement. Key Skills for a Group Marketing Manager: * Minimum 7-10 years’ progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years at managerial level. * Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. * SEO experience. * Experience within managing budgets and large team’s.
