Are you a passionate, energetic person with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude? We are recruiting for a Group Account Director to join our digital marketing client who have huge growth plans. An ideal candidate is an ambitious and purposeful leader with immaculate attention to detail and a process-driven approach to client service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the client business, providing exceptional customer service at a senior level
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders
- Find new and relevant ways to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities
- Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts
- Responsible for setting and meeting account commercials, KPIs and the development of drive plans to ensure budgets/forecasts are delivered
- Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, deliver against KPIs
- Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company
