Overview
Regional Sales Manager - South, Luton-based (Field Sales). Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Full-time, permanent. £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + uncapped commission.
Our client is seeking two new Regional Sales Managers - South to join their external sales team, working for a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality flooring profiles and trims into residential and commercial projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow regional sales within the construction and flooring sectors
- Win business at specification stage and position products as “equal or approved”
- Generate and manage project opportunities from specification through to completion
- Build strong relationships with external customers and internal teams
Key Skills
- Proven field sales experience (construction or product-based sales preferred)
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Confident generating new business and managing a sales territory
