Do you have a strong attention to detail? We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our clients, a globally recognised brand and one of the world's market leaders in packaging technology. With a family feel and supportive working environment, they are looking for a new addition to their team. Our client is committed to innovation, a sustainable business model and service leadership.

As a Buying Coordinator, you will be making cost effective purchases and ensuring an optimum level of inventory is maintained, raising purchase orders, maintaining records and updating internal databases. You will be organised and have a strong attention to detail.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri 8am-4pm/8:30am-4:30pm

Key responsibilities:

  • Make cost effective purchases and ensure an optimum level of inventory is maintained
  • Raise purchase orders, maintain filing records and update internal databases
  • Maintain the company pricing for stock
  • Track orders and maintain order confirmations from suppliers
  • Support the procurement manager with tasks as required
