Commercial Operations Team Leader Bedford £35 - £40k We are supporting an established B2B organisation with the appointment of a Commercial Operations Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership position combining people management, customer support, commercial coordination and the delivery of technically led customer requirements. The successful person will already have experience managing direct reports and will be comfortable taking responsibility for the performance, workload and development of a small team.
