The Role

As a Technical Sales Administrator, you will provide front-line technical and commercial support to customers and internal engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Identifying parts using technical drawings, exploded diagrams, and parts catalogues
  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotations
  • Processing customer and web shop orders
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times
  • Following up quotations to convert them into orders
  • Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and Excel
  • Supporting the web shop with product listings and pricing updates
  • Assisting with stock management and annual stock takes

This is a varied and fast-paced role where your attention to detail and customer focus will make a real impact.

To be successful as a Technical Sales Administrator, you will ideally have:
