This role exists to connect the right people with the right opportunities, faster and fairer than anyone else in the region. Be fearless. Dare to be different. Shape success with us.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver consistent monthly placements across both commercial and industrial divisions, converting temp-to-perm where it creates lasting client value.
  • Build and maintain a diverse, ready-to-place talent pipeline so hiring managers receive qualified shortlists within 48 hours of briefing.
  • Grow billable revenue by winning new client accounts and expanding existing ones through trusted advice, not hard sell.
  • Own the full recruitment cycle from job intake to onboarding, keeping every candidate and client informed and delighted.
  • Champion DE&I in every search so our placements visibly strengthen the diversity of the businesses we serve.
  • Hit or exceed personal billing targets while coaching colleagues on sourcing techniques that actually work in a tight labour market.

Environment & Resources

You will join a tight-knit team of 11–50 at our Eversholt head office, reporting to the leadership team. You will have full access to our CRM, job boards, social sourcing tools and a supportive, high-energy culture that backs people who take calculated risks. Hybrid working is available once you have proved you can deliver.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record filling perm, temp and contract roles in commercial or industrial sectors within the UK.
  • Ability to generate your own leads and convert them into retained or exclusive assignments.
  • Excellent candidate and client communication, including the confidence to challenge briefs when they limit diversity.
  • Comfortable working to targets in a small, fast-moving agency where everyone sees the numbers.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to meet clients and candidates across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.

Role Selling Points

  • Genuine DE&I commitment, not a poster on the wall — we measure it in every placement.
  • Two specialised divisions so you can become the go-to expert rather than a generalist.
  • Early-stage energy with the backing of an established local brand.
  • Direct impact: your hires keep factories running and offices growing in Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedford.
