About you:
- You’ve worked as a Recruiter (agency-side) but remain receptive to feedback and adapting your approach.
- You excel at influencing—both verbally and in writing.
- If you are not able to interrogate and improve ChatGPT this role isn't for you.
- You sweat the small things and pride yourself on attention to detail.
- Your biggest motivator is yourself and you thrive in an environment where you’ll have significant agency.
- Your first instinct is to call, not text.
- You live in (or around) London and can be in an office at least 2 days per week and use the other days to network.
- Experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering – Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Full Stack Engineers.
- Experience recruiting for complex tech roles with salaries in excess of £100,000 per annum.
- Deep knowledge of the UK and EU startup/scale‑up scene.
