We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be part of an innovative technology that brings joy into the homes of our customers. The role includes assisting customers across our service channels on a wide variety of topics including pre-sales assistance, plant-care, product guidance, order processing, and more. We are big believers in proactively engaging our customers to ensure they receive world-class customer service. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who has strong communication and language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster easyplant\’s customer-obsessed culture and provide world-class service via email and chat
  • Provide assistance to customers on topics of plant-care, order processing, pre-sales, troubleshooting, and more
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Surface customer feedback to continuously improve our product and service

What we\’re looking for:

  • Based in Canada
  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role
  • Native English-speaking level or equivalent proficiency – Must
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn concepts quickly
  • Passion for joining a dynamic start-up and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with CRMs & software tools (Intercom, Shopify, Slack) – Advantage
  • Evening and weekend availability required:
  • Shifts can run 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM EST or 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM EST
  • At least one weekend shift is required
