About the Sales Team

The Named Accounts Team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy working with Mixpanel's top accounts in EMEA. The team’s mission is to help the world’s largest companies to make better data-driven decisions and transform their businesses to realize significant value.

About the Role

As a Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding Mixpanel’s engagement and relationships with our largest customers and prospects in EMEA. You will drive revenue growth by securing new logo wins and expanding our footprint with existing customers. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Close high-value deals with strong business cases and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Pipeline Generation: Dedicate 8-10 hours weekly to outbound prospecting across both new logos and expansion accounts.
  • Executive Engagement: Build relationships with VP+ decision-makers while creating Director+ champions to drive deals forward.
  • Sales & Qualification Methodology Execution: Leverage MEDDPICC and a Value based approach to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Selling: Develop a tailored value hypothesis for each of your accounts and develop tailored solutions that help the customer realize this value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Value Advisory, Professional Services, Field Marketing, and Sales Development to orchestrate winning account strategies.
  • Adaptability & Grit: Demonstrate resilience, humility, and openness to change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record across renewal, expansion, and net new motions.
  • Proven ability to close six- and seven-figure deals with 6–12 month sales cycles.
  • Comfortable multi-threading into VP and C-suite — you build executive relationships, not just user relationships.
  • Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by team outcomes — share best practices and help develop others.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer meetings, QBRs, and field events.
