This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results. This role will report to the Senior People Business Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM), and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best‑in‑class employee experience for all Mixpanelers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively partner with people managers and leaders across EMEA to support and grow high‑performing teams.
  • Collaborate with other members of the People Team on the design and delivery of people programs that elevate the employee experience.
  • Contribute to change management strategy and own execution — from implementation to communications.
  • Monitor and evaluate feedback channels and contribute to initiatives that optimize the employee experience.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters in a way that balances company, internal, and external stakeholder considerations.
  • Maintain awareness of HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across EMEA to recommend best practices in the application of HR systems and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience consulting leaders and driving business results as a People Business Partner.
  • Broad HR knowledge across topics including talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, and HR policy.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a self‑starter approach; proficiency with G‑Suite.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to design clear processes and balance speed with quality.
  • Strong EQ and empathy, with the judgment to resolve people situations in a balanced and thoughtful way.
  • Experience acting as a consultative partner to managers and leaders, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; adaptable and resilient in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

  • Experience supporting Sales and Go‑To‑Market teams.
  • Familiarity with employment law in the UK, Spain, or Israel.
  • Experience creating efficiencies by embedding AI into workflows.
