This is a hybrid role based out of London. As a Sales Systems Engineer, you will be a technical partner to our stakeholder teams and be involved in the full software development life cycle starting from understanding the business needs/problems, translating them into technical requirements, identifying solutions, executing on them, creating and testing user stories and following through until the business problem is solved. This person must be comfortable communicating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business problems and elicit requirements. This is a critical role for Mixpanel at this stage of our growth, directly impacting our ability to meet our revenue goals.

We're Looking For Someone To:

  • Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform using out‑of‑the‑box automations such as Flows, validations, and security settings.
  • Provide technical guidance to key stakeholders for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce platform.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices.
  • Assist in increasing the efficiency of our GTM teams and in scaling our GTM stack (Co‑pilot, Clari, Outreach, Customer.io, LeanData, Hubspot) for rapid growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and management of SFDC.
  • Function as the go‑to person for enhancement requests and inquiries; coordinate updates, modify fields and workflows, etc. as needed.
  • Support day‑to‑day management of Salesforce configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissions.
  • Support day‑to‑day management and execute changes of our lead routing/territory management system.
  • Drive data quality and enrichment projects across the systems.
  • Own the integrity of data at all stages in our GTM stack.
  • Manage enrichment vendors, optimizing for data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work with internal teams to establish processes that improve the data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity and SFDC hygiene.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in supporting full-stack solutions using Salesforce.
  • Experience in Agentic workflows plus leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing.
  • Experience in Salesforce customization and automation (Flows, validation rules, approval process).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
  • Skilled in leveraging CPQ tools to optimize sales workflows and pricing models.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Creative, self‑starting, fast‑learning, detail‑oriented team player who thrives with multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with data cleansing and data enrichment projects.
  • Experience working with LeanData or related tools for lead routing, territory management.

Bonus points if you:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified.
  • Start‑up SaaS and rapidly expanding sales organization experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with data warehouses, SQL and other analytical tools (Fivetran, Hightouch).
  • APEX Experience.
  • HubSpot certification.
