About Mixpanel

Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next.

About the Team

Mixpanel’s Partnerships team builds and grows relationships with resellers, agencies, consultancies, systems integrators and technology partners. These partnerships help generate pipeline, accelerate sales and extend Mixpanel’s reach across EMEA.

About the Role

We are looking for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop within partnerships. You will receive hands-on coaching as you grow into managing a portfolio of channel and reseller partners across priority EMEA markets. Your focus will be on recruiting the right partners, helping them become commercially active and working with Mixpanel’s sales teams to generate and progress opportunities. This is a commercial role where success is measured by partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue and partner activation. Previous channel experience is helpful but not essential. Strong sales fundamentals, curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard and develop channel and reseller partners across priority EMEA markets.
  • Build joint plans that generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
  • Enable partners to identify, position and support Mixpanel opportunities.
  • Connect partners with Mixpanel’s sales teams around target accounts and active deals.
  • Support joint campaigns, events and other go-to-market activity.
  • Manage partner communications, deal registrations and programme activity through Mixpanel’s partner systems.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline and progress against agreed goals.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships that help partners contribute to Mixpanel’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of experience in sales, business development or another commercial role, ideally within SaaS.
  • Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how pipeline is created and deals progress.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • The ability to build productive relationships with partners and internal sales teams.
  • A proactive, coachable and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
  • A data-led approach to measuring activity and results.

What Success Looks Like

  • A focused group of partners is actively generating and influencing opportunities.
  • Partners are embedded within regional account planning and sales activity.
  • Joint initiatives are producing measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner activity is accurately tracked and reported.
  • Mixpanel has stronger partner coverage across priority EMEA markets.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in partnerships, channel sales or partner management.
  • Knowledge of the EMEA partner landscape, particularly Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
  • Additional European or regional languages.
  • Experience working in high-growth markets or using AI tools in your daily work.

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
  • Mental Wellness Benefit
  • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Volunteer Time Off
  • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break

Culture Values

  • Make Bold Bets: We choose courageous action over comfortable progress.
  • Innovate with Insight: We tackle decisions with rigor and judgment - combining data, experience and collective wisdom to drive powerful outcomes.
  • One Team: We collaborate across boundaries to achieve far greater impact than any of us could accomplish alone.
  • Candor with Connection: We build meaningful relationships that enable honest feedback and direct conversations.
  • Champion the Customer: We seek to deeply understand our customers’ needs, ensuring their success is our north star.
  • Powerful Simplicity: We find elegant solutions to complex problems, making sophisticated things accessible.
