About the Team

The Named Accounts Team is a critical component of our go-to-market strategy working with Mixpanel's top accounts in EMEA. The team’s mission is to help the world’s largest companies to make better data-driven decisions and transform their businesses to realize significant value. The EMEA Inside Sales team works hand-in-glove with our Strategic Account executives and are the first real conversation most European companies have with Mixpanel — the people who turn a free-tier signup, a webinar registration, or a well-researched cold email into a qualified opportunity.

About the Role

You will own the top of the funnel for a defined set of Strategic accounts and prospects where you will work closely with experienced Strategic AEs and align on specific goals for each of their territories. You will focus your skill-set of breaking into new accounts and multi-threading in existing customers to generate pipeline and in some cases run full sales cycles. In this role you will also have the opportunity to learn from and shadow some of the most experienced AEs in the business which is a massive development opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound signups, trials, and marketing-sourced leads quickly and honestly — separating real opportunity from noise, and routing the rest without wasting anyone’s time.
  • Prospect and outbound into Fortune 500 companies across EMEA, focusing on the accounts where Mixpanel’s value proposition would be most impactful.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified meetings each quarter that convert into pipeline for the AEs.
  • Multi-thread into Product, Growth, Data, and Engineering leaders — understanding what each one is measured on before you pitch anything.
  • Run creative outbound across email, phone, socials, and video, built on real research rather than volume alone.
  • Turn existing product usage into commercial conversations by spotting expansion signals inside non-enterprise plan accounts.
  • Partner with AEs, CX, SE and Marketing to sharpen regional messaging, test new plays, and find pockets of demand we are missing.
  • Keep internal systems current so pipeline and forecast reflect reality.
  • Act as a voice from the field — sharing what you hear about competitors, pricing, and priorities so the wider team can act on it.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 2+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally in SaaS or another technical product.
  • Strong prospecting instincts and genuine interest in the craft of outbound.
  • Clear, direct communication — you can earn trust with an executive and engineer in the same week.
  • Curiosity about how products get built, and the discipline to learn a technical product properly.
  • A self-directed, organised approach and the resilience to work a territory over months, not days.
  • A collaborative, low-ego attitude — we share what works.
  • Be AI-first and scale your work efficiently with it.
  • Fluency in English; another European language is a strong plus.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to Product, Growth, or Data teams.
  • Working knowledge of analytics, experimentation, or the modern data stack.
  • Some closing and deal management experience.

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care.
  • Mental Wellness Benefit.
  • Generous Vacation Policy and Additional Company Holidays.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave.
  • Volunteer Time Off.
  • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break.

*please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary*
