As we continue to scale our Enterprise business across EMEA, we are building a leadership team capable of establishing a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion across multiple markets. This is a senior leadership role focused on designing, installing, and scaling a predictable enterprise revenue engine. You will not simply manage a team, you'll build the operating system that drives enterprise success in EMEA. You’ll lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives operating across key markets (including UKI, DACH, and Middle East), while directly influencing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, operationally rigorous leader who thrives in build-mode environments and understands how to turn early enterprise traction into repeatable growth. If you are a strategic and operational enterprise leader ready to build and scale a high-impact region, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the Enterprise GTM strategy across EMEA
  • Establish repeatable enterprise sales processes and operating cadence
  • Define account coverage models and territory strategy
  • Build pipeline generation rigor in partnership with Marketing and Partnerships
  • Own enterprise forecast predictability and pipeline health
  • Lead deal inspection and executive-level opportunity reviews
  • Improve win rates through structured qualification and orchestration
  • Ensure enterprise revenue targets are met with high confidence

Lead Complex Enterprise Deals

  • Partner directly with AEs on 6 - 7 figure, multi-threaded enterprise opportunities
  • Orchestrate C-level engagement and executive sponsorship
  • Navigate multi-country buying committees and procurement complexity
  • Act as escalation point for strategic accounts

Build and Develop a High-Performance Team

  • Recruit, hire, and develop world-class enterprise sellers
  • Coach on deal strategy, executive alignment, and multi-threading
  • Elevate team capability in structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management)
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence

Operate Cross-Functionally

  • Align with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Partner with global stakeholders to localise enterprise strategy for EMEA
  • Represent EMEA enterprise needs in global planning forums

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with 5+ years leading Enterprise sales teams
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (6–7 figure ACVs)
  • Experience building or scaling enterprise sales motions in multi-country environments
  • Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance
  • Proven ability to hire and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C level
  • Data-driven approach to performance management and operational excellence
  • Experience working in or with EMEA markets

Ideal Background

  • Experience in analytics, data, MarTech, product analytics, or adjacent SaaS categories
  • Experience operating within a US-headquartered global organisation
  • Exposure to high-growth or build-stage enterprise sales environments

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
  • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
  • Enhanced Parental Leave
  • Additional US Benefits: Pre-Tax Benefits including 401(K), Wellness Benefit, Holiday Break

Please note that benefits and perks for contract positions will vary.
