About the Role

As a Manager on the Solutions Engineering team at Mixpanel, you will lead a talented group of analytics consultants who are pivotal to our success. You will be at the forefront of driving customer value, guiding your team as they serve as the primary technical resources for our Sales organization. This role is a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and business strategy. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, refining our technical sales processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure our customers achieve their business outcomes with Mixpanel.

You will also play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and managing the next wave of Solutions Engineers.
