Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what's working, diagnose what's not, and decide what to build next.

About the Team

The core philosophy of Mixpanel's GTM Enablement team is that navigating sellers through the AI-driven landscape requires a hands-on approach. We are intentional about reintroducing the human element to change management facilitating live training, analyzing sales conversations, and doing the gritty work of shifting rep behaviors.

About the Role

As a Senior Field Enablement Manager, you'll own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region, and you'll be looked to as the strategic enablement partner for your region's leadership team. You'll be the person they trust to help them get better, and the first call when a leader needs to shift team behavior fast, at scale.

This is not a program coordinator role. It's a coaching and training role for someone who gets energy from being in the room, and who can also step back and shape how enablement works across a region or beyond. You will lead regional enablement strategy, coordinate with a small but global Enablement team, and influence how the broader team approaches GTM behaviors and best practices, including proactively bringing new tools, frameworks, and approaches to the function.

Responsibilities

  • New Hire Onboarding — lead in-person delivery of onboarding curriculum and hands-on certification of core skills, and help evolve the curriculum itself based on what you're seeing in the field.
  • Quarterly Academy Sessions — organize and facilitate regional Mixpanel Academy sessions every quarter, and help shape the academy program's direction across regions.
  • Tech Stack Adoption & Productivity — run weekly best-practice sessions and peer-sharing programs, and drive adoption of new tools and AI workflows across teams beyond your own.
  • Rep Coaching via AI — use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls across your region, and build repeatable coaching frameworks that other Enablement Managers can use.
  • Global Program Support — regionalize global enablement initiatives and act as a thought partner to global Enablement leadership on what's working and what should change.
  • Cross-Functional Influence — partner with senior regional sales leaders as a strategic advisor, not just an execution partner, and represent the enablement function in conversations about regional GTM strategy.

What 'great' looks like in this role:

  • New hires in your region ramp faster than the company average.
  • Regional sales leaders proactively ask for your input, and treat you as a strategic partner, not just a support function.
  • If an enablement session goes on the calendar with your name on it, people show up.
  • Reps can tell you what they've changed about how they sell since you started coaching them.
  • You know the numbers: Gong scores, adoption rates, certification completion, and what moved after a coaching cycle, and you can explain why, to leadership.
  • Peers across the Enablement team adopt approaches and tools you've championed.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, GTM enablement, or a revenue coaching role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • B2B sales experience that outweighs sales enablement experience for this role.
  • A growth mindset and proactive approach to problem solving. Enablement in a world of AI is changing, and we'll figure this out together.
  • A clear understanding of what coaching is (versus giving feedback), with real experience coaching against known frameworks.
  • Fluency with conversation intelligence tools; Gong experience strongly preferred and experience building AI workflows using modern AI tools.
  • Comfort working directly with senior sales leaders and a demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience regionalizing global enablement programs for a specific market.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, you're engaging in a room of skeptical sellers.
  • A track record of navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives that reach beyond your immediate team, with confidence communicating and aligning stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

Benefits and Perks

  • Comprehensive Medical, Vision, and Dental Care
  • Generous Vacation Policy & Additional Company Holidays
