We are looking for a highly organised and data‑driven Learning & Development Systems Coordinator to support the effective delivery of our learning programmes.
Purpose & Scope of the Role
This role sits at the heart of the L&D function and is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of training activity, supplier bookings and the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will act as the primary administrator for the Brainier LMS and our internal training request portal, ensuring learning activity is scheduled, tracked and reported accurately. This is an operational role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and confidence working with learning data.

You will enable the effective delivery of learning across the business by ensuring programmes run efficiently and data is reliable. Your work will directly support compliance, development outcomes and continuous improvement, providing stakeholders with clear insights and a dependable learning infrastructure.
Core Capabilities
- Learning Coordination & Delivery: You will manage and schedule classroom, virtual and blended programmes across technical and development pathways, while coordinating suppliers, facilitators and logistics to ensure smooth and professional delivery.
- Systems & LMS Management: You will administer and continuously improve the LMS, maintaining accurate learner records, course structures and enrolments, while managing content and resolving system queries.
- Data & Reporting: You will produce insightful reports, dashboards and trackers using LMS data and Excel, ensuring high levels of data integrity and supporting audit and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management: You will act as the first point of contact for training requests, building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Process Improvement: You will maintain clear workflows and documentation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and data quality across L&D operations.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in L&D coordination or learning operations, with hands‑on LMS administration.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident Excel user with experience handling large datasets.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Experience with training logistics, request systems or compliance reporting is advantageous.
Working Environment
This role offers a hybrid working model, typically with 2–3 days in the office and flexibility to work remotely. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team within a technical engineering environment, with opportunities to develop systems, data and operational expertise.
