Purpose & Scope of the Role

You will deliver mechanical and electrical asset surveys across client sites, recording condition, specifications and lifecycle data using digital survey tools. Tasks include surveying HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, lifts and plumbing; producing clear assessment reports and recommendations; maintaining asset registers; and supporting lifecycle and replacement planning. • Digital Asset Data & Analysis: Capture data via digital tools, maintain asset registers and use Power BI and analytics to inform lifecycle planning.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Produce concise, compliant survey reports with prioritized recommendations and cost‑aware actions.
  • Project Support & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with facilities, engineering and client teams to validate data, support delivery and forecast budgets.
  • Leadership & Professional Development: Supervise junior staff, take initiative on tasks and develop technical and commercial competence.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Practical M&E/building services experience; asset management or FM background preferred. Experience with digital survey tools, asset software and Power BI desirable. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Valid driving licence. DBS/SC checks and overseas travel eligibility required.

Working Environment

London‑based role with regular UK travel and some international assignments. Hybrid working supported; expect a mix of site, home and office days to meet project needs. Flexible working options available.
