Purpose & Scope of the Role

This is a high-impact position within a growing civil engineering team, offering immediate responsibility for technical delivery and team leadership. As a key figure in the Bristol office, you will lead the design and delivery of multiple concurrent schemes, ensuring high-quality outputs across drawings, reports and approvals. Alongside technical excellence, you will play a central role in managing projects, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and maintaining strong client relationships. With a solid pipeline and established processes in place, the role provides the platform to focus on delivery, team development and strategic growth.
