Mixamate manufactures £280,000 all-in-one concrete batching, mixing and pumping units. We are appointing a senior sales professional with proven experience selling high-value construction plant or capital equipment.

This role is suited to an experienced machinery sales operator — not materials or internal account management.

Required Background
  • 10+ years in construction plant or heavy equipment sales
  • Proven track record selling machinery valued at £100,000+
  • Experience closing full capital equipment deals (not aftermarket or hire only)
  • Strong relationships with groundworks, civil engineering, plant hire or infrastructure contractors
  • Comfortable conducting equipment demonstrations and on-site evaluations
  • Experienced managing 3–9 month sales cycles
The Role
