Telecoms Engineer – Manchester – £30k – Hybrid – 26 days holiday

You will come with 2/3 years experience as a Telecoms Engineer and now looking to take on more responsibility.

You will be working in the office, on clients sites and sometimes work from home but the company is very honest and say it is all dictated by the business needs.

The business has been established for over 8 years, however the owners come with years of experience in the industry, demonstrating the importance of a happy working environment and the success of good customer service.

You will be responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, and support of hosted VoIP (Voice over IP) phone systems for their business clients.

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their communication needs, ensuring the successful deployment and integration of phone systems, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
