Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Marine team. The Project Manager will be tasked with co-ordinating and managing the necessary resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction. Main duties will include: Developing a project plan and ensure the necessary resources are organised to meet the plan. Continually monitor progress and take all necessary steps to ensure the completion date is met. Developing a project budget and ensure the project is delivered within that budget Ensure that all work is carried out to the clients specifications. Ensure that the project resources i.e. staff, labour, plant, materials and sub-contractors are effectively managed. Liaise with clients and their agents to advise on progress and problem resolution as required. Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and the contractual position is not compromised. Monitor the financial performance of the project and take all necessary steps to minimise costs. Proactively develop relationships with clients. Proactively participate in value engineering to maximise project contribution. Ensure that a high standard of safety is maintained throughout the project and that all relevant environmental and health & safety regulations and procedures are adhered to. Attending meetings and surveys with the client representatives in locations around the world. Delivering projects on a worldwide basis Candidates should have project management experience of interior fit-out, relevant qualification, excellent leadership, planning and communication skills with the ability to keep calm under pressure, find resolutions and solve problems. Great attention to detail, commercial acumen and cost control are essential as is the ability to build and promote successful customer relationships. The nature of Marine, the role is predominately office based in Antrim, but as a Project Manager, there will be a requirement to travel to oversee the project to ensure a successfully delivery for the client.
