We are hiring a Head of Business Development to work directly with the Câsuite to grow Mitti Labs' global commercial footprint. You will lead the full sales cycleâbuilding senior relationships, securing longâterm partnerships, and closing multiâyear carbon credit and insetting agreements. You will also bring market intelligence back into the business to shape our product, positioning, and GTM strategy. This is a highâagency role for someone who thrives in earlyâstage environments and wants to help build a market from the ground up. The role includes regular global travel for client meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or strategy consultingâideally in climate tech, carbon markets, sustainability, agâtech, natureâbased solutions.
- Proven track record of closing large multiâstakeholder deals. Resilient: you enjoy long sales cycles and remain proactive, thoughtful, and persistent.
- Experience generating pipeline independentlyâyou are comfortable sourcing, prospecting, and nurturing enterprise leads without heavy processes.
- Strategic communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust with Câsuite and VPâlevel stakeholders. Experience representing an organization at industry conferences and events (including speaking engagements).
- Experience in earlyâstage environments, founder's associate roles, or commercial roles requiring ambiguity, adaptability, and rapid learning.

- Existing network across sustainability leaders, carbon credit buyers, marketplaces, or climate investment funds.
- Experience with enterprise sustainability procurement, Scope 1/2/3 strategy, or netâzero roadmaps.
