  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the financial health of target companies.
  • Build and maintain financial models.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating the Due Diligence process for potential acquisition targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets and assess industry trends, providing strategic recommendations based on market research.
  • Support the transaction process, from initial target identification through to post-deal integration.
  • Stakeholder communication, including collaborating with internal teams to provide insights on potential M&A opportunities.
  • Assist with post-merger integration activities when required including assessment of performance of the merged entities.
  • Track and monitor integration progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and value creation.

  • Be ACA / ACCA qualified, or almost qualified.
  • Have hands-on experience with financial modelling, valuation techniques, financial analysis and writing reports.
  • Exposure to due diligence, transaction structuring, and integration processes is advantageous.
  • Be a confident problem solver and have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial and strategic data.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and financial modelling tools.
  • Be a self-starter, who loves getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
