As an Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Bury team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It’s a great opportunity for a confident and bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment, working alongside a team of dynamic people!
You’ll:
- Greet visitors with a smile and warm welcome
- Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and guest-ready
- Book meetings and help manage calendars
- Answer calls and handle enquiries with professionalism
- Provide refreshments and support during meetings
- Support directors with PA-style duties and diary coordination
- Correspondence with clients and third parties such as HMRC
- Filing of approved documents with HMRC/Companies House
- Management of clients data held on our systems
- Confidently handle post, payments, supplies, and client records
- Help with team events, birthdays, and new starters

- Ideally have previous experience within an Accountancy firm or professional services (not essential)
