What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business Development Consultant, you will collaborate with your managers to understand potential clients\’ needs, identify opportunities, and coordinate remote and occasional in-person sales meetings for our field sales team to maximize revenue from WorkNest products and services. You will identify opportunities where WorkNest can provide tangible value to prospective businesses and secure appointments for the Field Sales Team to facilitate the closure of new business opportunities. You will earn commissions for successfully closed appointments. Additionally, you will share market insights and competitor behavior feedback with Campaign Managers, contact senior decision-makers via phone calls, and execute marketing plans.
You will be responsible for meeting the target of securing high-quality appointments for the field sales team while ensuring efficient diary management. Your performance should surpass sales revenue goals, opportunity generation targets, and KPIs set by the business.
