Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and UK employment law to managers and employees across the organization.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal departments and external partners.
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, psychometric testing, and selection of candidates.
- Support subsidiary companies with HR-related matters and ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with UK legal requirements and industry best practice.
- Manage a wide range of employee relations issues, including flexible working, grievances, sickness absence, maternity processes, redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE-related activities.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process for employees within the London office.
- Lead and deliver key HR projects across the Europe region as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of HR processes, including offer letters, contracts, onboarding, probation reviews, and exit procedures.
- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure smooth processing of HR transactions, including onboarding and employee exits.
- Support training and learning & development initiatives in collaboration with managers and employees.

Experience
- Experience working within an HR function, ideally in a multinational organization
- Broad experience across HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR or related field)
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above preferred)
