We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Europe Bloc HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing HR practices across the Europe Bloc.

The successful candidate will support HR transformation initiatives, governance activities, operating model development, and a wide range of HR projects aimed at driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR transformation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Europe Bloc.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of HR policies, processes, and practices.
  • Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Support organisational development and change management activities.
  • Develop and maintain guidance materials, communications, and training resources as required.
  • Assist with the implementation, embedding, and ongoing management of HR initiatives and programmes.
  • Analyse HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Support governance activities, reporting requirements, and the monitoring of HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to a range of HR projects and strategic assignments as business needs evolve.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience supporting or leading HR transformation, change, or organisational development initiatives.
  • Broad HR generalist knowledge, including HR policies, processes, and governance.
  • Experience managing projects and delivering initiatives from planning through to implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 22-23 days depending on grade, plus annual company closure from 24 December (PM) to 3 January.
  • Annual salary review.
  • Discretionary performance-related bonus scheme.
  • Company pension scheme with a 10% employer contribution, subject to a minimum 4% employee contribution.
