We build strong effective relationships with our vendor partners and develop bespoke asset finance programs and funding solutions for customers. We are currently present in 5 European countries with expansion into additional markets underway. What does the role involve?

Reporting into our Head of Operations & Change, you will lead our Sales Support and Customer Service colleagues based across our UK, Ireland, Netherlands & Finland offices to ensure we continue to deliver a market-leading experience for all vendors and customers across Europe. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Contributing to the operational plan by designing, shaping, and leading strategic improvements in service delivery
  • Ensuring suitable frameworks are in place to provide assurance to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) that customer services and sales support functions are operating in a safe and compliant manner
  • Addressing challenges of operational complexity through innovative process design and the efficient use of available technologies
  • Guiding and coaching the team members to become SMEs in the processes, products and systems

Please note we adopt a hybrid approach to our ways of working which for this role will see you based from our office in Staines-upon-Thames a minimum of 3 days per week.

To be considered for this role you will have proven leadership experience within the Asset Finance industry, comfortable being in the operational detail as well as driving forward strategic initiatives. You are someone that creates a collaborative culture and enjoys enhancing the development of those in your team. Also, we are looking for the following:

  • Adaptable to the changing needs of a complex environment
  • The ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience of delivering continuous improvement and process enhancements
  • An additional European language would be highly beneficial
