Who we are. From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK’s best‑known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions we’re leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home‑charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.
What you’ll do. As part of our Technical Control team, you’ll be joining a close‑knit team responsible for authorising maintenance across our entire fleet. You’ll review and approve (or challenge) proposed maintenance work through the 1Link system, liaising with suppliers and repairers to keep costs under control and downtime to a minimum, helping our customers get their vehicles back on the road faster. You’ll also:
- Authorise maintenance and repairs up to agreed spend levels
- Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Handle incoming calls and mailbox queries, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
- Analyse cost trends and support initiatives to improve whole‑life vehicle costs

You might already be in a desk‑based role, or you could be ready to step away from the workshop and put your skills to use in a different way; reducing costs, improving efficiency, and supporting our customers. You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are confident using IT systems (experience with 1Link is a plus)
- Are well organised and able to manage multiple job authorisations efficiently
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with both suppliers and customers
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, with strong attention to detail
