What does the role involve?
As the Asset Manager across each of our European markets you\’ll be responsible for executing on our Asset Management strategy by ensuring that oversight and control is in place for each stage of the asset lifecycle. You\’ll play an important role in helping us to diversify our portfolio by working in collaboration with our Senior Leadership Team to explore new asset classes for us to finance.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Ensuring asset valuations are carried out, whether that\’s for new business requirements, operational capability or end of lease remarketing
- Proactive management of the in-life asset portfolio – understanding our assets, the customers and potential risk
- Managing the logistics of the off lease sales process, building strong relationships with dealers across Europe
- Leading a team of Collection and Recovery professionals to deliver success
What are we looking for?
To be considered for this role you\’ll have extensive experience as an Asset Manager within the asset finance industry and have working knowledge of the valuing, managing and remarketing of hard assets such as construction equipment / vehicles. You\’ll be a competent people leader, someone who is able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve success.

- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior colleagues
- Ability to collate complex information and present in a user friendly format for colleagues
