At Novuna Business Finance, we operate across various business sectors, we have many products available for customers, intermediaries and smaller asset finance funders. Our flexible, tailored funding solutions help businesses purchase equipment and stock, invest in new technology, and invest in growth plans. We also support manufacturers and dealerships by offering flexible funding solutions to their customers.
What you\’ll do.
You\’ll join us in delivering a market leading customer experience using your excellentcommunication skills to resolve things fairly and appropriately. You will build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with the wider team to help drive forward improvements, whilst continuing to uphold and deliver a fantastic customer journey. You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, using yourknowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests.
Attendance of the Staines office will be required for the first 3 months to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to gripswith the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Working hours are from 8:45 to 17:15with an early finish on Fridays at 16:45. There will be the requirement to work one late shift till 18:00 every 12 weeks.
You’ll also:
- Interact with customers via email and inbound and outbound calls
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure fair customer outcomes
- Provide complete transactional tasksaccurately and within required timeframes
- Ensure system data and client information are accurately maintained, and work closely with colleagues to deliver a seamless service
