What you'll do. As part of our Business Development team and reporting directly to the Head of Relationship Management, you'll manage a varied corporate portfolio—spotting growth opportunities, deepening partnerships, and ensuring strong risk oversight. It's an exciting time to join us. We're preparing to launch a brand‑new product, and you'll have the opportunity to shape its direction and contribute to its success right from day one. This is a home‑based role with regular travel across the UK, giving you the freedom to meet clients face‑to‑face and build trusted, value‑adding relationships.

  • Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities
  • Assess prospective clients from a credit and financial risk perspective
  • Take ownership of relationships with potential clients through to completion
  • Build and maintain a strong network of introducers to generate ongoing opportunities

What you'll bring. You're a confident sales professional with a strong network of industry contacts and a solid understanding of relevant financial products. Your commercial insight and ability to understand client needs will enable you to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Exposure of managing larger/corporate deals (£1m+)
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Strong financial analysis and comprehension abilities
  • Financial Services and product knowledge, (in particular Invoice Finance) is a real advantage
