- Ensure all written and verbal work meets high standards of quality and clarity when communicating complex credit matters to both senior management and junior staff.
- Support strategic initiatives within CIB Credit for EMEA by contributing to the ongoing development of credit risk frameworks, risk appetite portfolio monitoring, and early warning systems aligned with shareholder, client, and regulatory expectations.
- Develop deep knowledge of various industries, sectors, countries, players, financial structures, and legal frameworks relevant to securitisation transactions; demonstrate commitment to further learning through active engagement with new asset classes and jurisdictions.
- Model MUFG’s Risk Culture Pillars by taking accountability for identifying and mitigating risks; proactively manage risk within the department; foster positive change by challenging existing practices; and build collaborative partnerships across 1LOD and 2LOD functions.
- Represent the credit division at internal forums within the region by articulating key insights on credit quality trends, portfolio performance, and regulatory developments.
- Work closely with colleagues in Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, and London offices to ensure global consistency in credit approvals for structured finance transactions.
- Identify potential conflicts between MUFG Bank and MUFG Securities EMEA plc requirements; escalate issues as needed while maintaining entity-neutral support in line with regulatory obligations.

- Your willingness to embrace new learning opportunities reflects your commitment to staying current with evolving regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
- Attention to detail is second nature for you; you consistently deliver accurate numerical analyses using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
