Identity and Access Management Architect and Solutions Designer (preferably RSA IGL) to collaborate with business, application, and IT teams to develop processes that enhance our existing risk reduction and operational efficiency capabilities, aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
This role involves working on large, complex projects as well as smaller tactical deliverables, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing capabilities integrated with our enterprise IGA solution, RSA Governance and Lifecycle (RSA IGL). Responsibilities include requirements gathering, high-level design, and providing technical leadership for solutions that improve identity risk management, governance reviews, access requests, and JML automation across MUFG globally. Collaboration with internal teams and RSA Professional Services representatives is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IAM best practices, processes, and solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of directory services and application access repositories.
- Act as a Platform/Solution Architect for IAM initiatives.
- Facilitate analysis and design tasks for developing comprehensive IAM platform solutions.
- Champion process improvements and advise on strategic roadmap decisions.
- Recommend practices to meet specific business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on RSA IGL usage and best practices.
- Support modernization of the IAM solution and SaaS migration efforts.
- Assist the Technical Delivery Manager with product roadmap and strategy formulation.
- Develop IAM processes and capabilities, including RSA IGL or other solutions.
- Build effective networks across stakeholders and implement large, complex IAM projects.
Skills and Experience
- Experience working collaboratively within IAM teams and managing stakeholders.
- Proven ability to define strategic IAM solutions for risk management and operational efficiency.
- Experience producing design and architecture documentation (High and Low level designs).
- Experience coordinating implementation of complex IAM capabilities across multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience with RSA IGL or similar industry-leading IGA solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Linux, PLSQL, LDAP, PowerShell, Windows Server, AD, JavaScript, XML.
- Experience integrating applications with IGA solutions via APIs and protocols such as REST/SOAP, LDAP, CSV, and direct database integration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
