Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience, either in private practice at a major law firm or in‑house at a significant financial institution.

- Demonstrated commercial awareness regarding current market trends and regulatory developments affecting structured products.
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships quickly through excellent interpersonal skills.
