MUFG is seeking an Operational Resilience Testing and Assurance Analyst to join their EMEA Operations Office in London. This is a unique opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation's resilience framework across multiple entities, ensuring robust alignment with PRA/FCA requirements and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Support the coordination and execution of operational resilience and business continuity testing activities by maintaining detailed schedules, preparing essential documentation, and assisting with the facilitation of exercises across multiple business units.
Assist in pre-testing preparations including the development of test packs, scenario documentation, and proactive engagement with relevant stakeholders to ensure all parties are well-informed and aligned.
Help identify vulnerabilities or weaknesses uncovered during testing processes by ensuring all actions are meticulously documented, tracked through to closure, and evidenced for audit purposes.
Maintain effective working relationships with Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators to support seamless delivery of resilience requirements throughout the organisation.
Act as a dependable point of contact for operational resilience testing coordination, ensuring alignment with related activities such as disaster recovery planning and cyber security testing initiatives.
Contribute actively to building awareness and understanding of operational resilience by supporting internal communications campaigns and participating in training initiatives designed for staff at all levels.
Assist in ensuring that all testing activities adhere strictly to internal policies as well as external regulatory expectations including UK Operational Resilience requirements and DORA guidelines.
Support the documentation and ongoing maintenance of operational resilience processes, procedures, and methodologies so that they remain current, accurate, and fit for purpose.
Contribute thoughtfully to governance activities by preparing materials for forums, maintaining accurate records of testing outcomes, actions taken, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Previous experience in a resilience or risk-related role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning about operational resilience frameworks is highly valued.
Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in core academic subjects is required; A Level (or equivalent) qualifications are desirable for this position.
