1to1 Communications Manager

An exciting opportunity is available to join our Marketing Communications team as 1to1 Communications Manager. This is a fantastic role, where the successful candidate willdesign and manage compelling direct marketing campaigns to support Mitsubishi Motors in the UK’s brand and business objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting our core KPIs by planning and managing ourdirect marketing campaigns in line withthe company'smarketing strategy. * Supporting the Customer Communications Managerto execute our CRM strategy. * Analyse and segment the database to select suitable recipients for each campaign, in compliance with legal processing restrictions. * Manage the delivery of all direct campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, delivered to time and to budget, compliant with brand, JSOX and financial promotions. * SupportingThe Customer Communications Manager in promoting an email direct mail service to dealers. * Providing reporting and insight into marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities to increase the scope and performance of direct marketing activity. * Financial managementof customer communications budgets. * Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers. * Working closely with the Marketing team and other business to deliver campaigns and reflect their initiatives in our CRM programme. This would include but isn’t limited to; quarterly direct campaign delivery, dealer marketing, the after sales function, Shogun Finance and Shogun Vehicle Leasing. Skills required for the role: * Extensive direct marketing campaign experience from agency, retail, FMCG, finance or automotive sectors * Hold a relevant Degree or equivalent qualifications/experience * Excellent relationship building skills * Able to work as part of a team or individually * Experience of managing budgets We offer an excellent benefits package, including a favourable employee car ownership scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
