Our tailored asset finance programs help Mitsubishi group businesses and partners unlock opportunity and scale. Driven by entrepreneurial energy and collaborative teamwork, we thrive in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

What does the role involve? As Business Development Manager for Europe, your main job will be to find and deliver new vendor finance opportunities across the European markets where Mitsubishi HC Capital operates. The role involves building strong relationships with vendors and customers, including presenting and negotiating with senior decision‑makers such as CFOs and CEOs. You'll work alongside legal, tax and internal teams to develop financial solutions that meet vendors' needs.

You'll also help shape the business's growth strategy, working with the Business Development Team and Managing Director. Alongside other senior leaders, you'll support Mitsubishi HC Capital's expansion across Europe and help create new opportunities for long‑term success.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include:

  • Developing existing group relationships in the UK and Europe, delivering financial solutions to vendors and their customers
  • Identifying new market sectors and support product, pricing, and programme design
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders up to C‑Suite level
  • Supporting projects such as acquisitions, portfolio sales and preparation of cash‑flow analysis

What are we looking for? We're looking for a strong leader who can think strategically and make sound commercial decisions. You'll be a collaborative team player, comfortable building relationships at all levels and able to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Also, We're Looking For The Following:

  • Strong knowledge of vendor finance programmes across a range of asset classes and products, including receivables purchase, invoice discounting and structured asset finance solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including direct engagement at CFO and CEO level
  • A solid understanding of credit risk, documentation, tax, regulation, CRM systems and/or asset finance operations
  • Knowledge of the construction, transport, industrial, IT and medical equipment finance markets

What can we offer you? At Mitsubishi HC Capital UK we take our people promise seriously. If you join us, you'll have a chance to make a difference, opportunities to learn, and time to shine. In addition to a market‑benchmarked salary and excellent bonus scheme, our offer to you includes:
