Requirements

  • We require 4-5 years of experience in a SAP environment with end-to-end project lifecycle experience.
  • We require a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP projects, specifically in Finance and Sales & Distribution, with working knowledge of FIORI.
  • We require excellent communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of SAP Roles and authorisations is beneficial.
  • We require strong facilitation skills.
  • We require strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP BW reporting tools is desirable.
  • We require an understanding of GDPR principles.

Responsibilities

  • We provide focus for SAP S/4 HANA SD-based business applications from both a project and day-to-day operations perspective.
  • We analyse business requirements and translate them into suitable solutions and processes.
  • We ensure proposed SAP developments are technically suitable for purpose and provide advice on potential SAP application solutions.
  • We work with third-party suppliers to fulfil and deliver the desired solution and act as the point of contact for related issues.
  • We support the PMO team in improving project processes within the department and ensuring these are followed during the project management lifecycle.
  • We are accountable for milestone tracking, critical success factors, and resource allocation.
  • We proactively manage risks, issues, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • We work with IT colleagues to manage and deliver system developments and SAP functional changes when required.
  • We produce weekly and monthly reporting and attend Project Delivery Reviews where required.
  • We organise and facilitate key project meetings with the business and IT team.
  • We collaborate within the PMO to improve project management processes across IT and business change.
  • We establish clear understanding, expectations, and involvement of key stakeholders, building trust and operating with integrity.
  • We manage the UAT process with key business users.
