Role summary:
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager with experience within the construction industry. As the Regional Sales Manager, you are the bridge between strategy and execution. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you’ll translate high-level plans into actionable sales initiatives, guide your Account Managers to success, and take ownership of achievement across your region. Your leadership, coaching, and strategic mindset will be key to ensuring both individual and regional targets are met—fueling growth and delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll drive pipeline development, analyse performance, and collaborate across functions to maintain momentum and continuously improve.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Sales Target attainment within the region
- Work with Regional Business Manager to create and implement customer centric processes and strategies
- Ensuring we have a robust succession plan in place both for leavers and possible promotions (to ensure continuity of business).
- Time spent with sales team supporting them and helping individual members of the team to develop both personally and professionally
- Lots of face to face time with customers, understanding their needs and wants and feeding that back to the RBM.
- Will run and will attended events within the region for our customers.
- Sales Excellence training and coaching is ‘the way we work here’ under your leadership
- Collaboration across all sales teams for the good of the Customer is a core behavior
- The Team are trained and actively engaged with all aspects of knowledge relating to HVAC sector, including:
- Sustainability fulfilment obligations in construction o Legislative drivers in the HVAC market and local plans
- Product Applications and Solutions relevant to customer process solutions
