Role summary: We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Service and Maintenance team where you will be supporting customers & colleagues in all aspects of Service and Maintenance administration and site visit scheduling. Your work will play a key role in achieving our aim in becoming truly customer centric, ensuring the best experience for our customers. You will be able to directly influence the customer journey and your feedback will help to shape the future Vision for the customer experience, working in collaboration with all Service and Maintenance regions to ensure an industry leading customer experience. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and is passionate about creating an Innovative customer experience, building strong relationships with customers and who strives for continuous improvement. You must show pride and passion in the Mitsubishi Electric brand and the products which provide renewable solutions to heating and cooling.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- Raise Sales Orders within SAP and work orders within Field Service to enable scheduling of engineers.
- Raising of invoices for completed works, ensuring all invoicing forecasts and targets are met.
- Forecasting of expected monthly invoicing to enable accurate forecasting vs targets figures.
- Scheduling of engineers to ensure that all customers work is completed in a timely manner.
- Prioritisation of scheduled and unscheduled visits to manage customer and internal expectations.
- Raise Purchase Orders for materials, parts and sub-contractor labour.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Credit Control, Warranty and Central Plant Sales to assist and promptly rectify any issues as they arise. Provide support to other regions as and when required.
Experience Required:
- Previous scheduling experience within the same or similar field service sector.
- High level of administration experience.
Personal attributes:
- Self-motivated, driven, numerate, organised, punctual, assertive, professional, personable, numerate and resourceful.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines set.
- Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
- Excellent business sense, commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Desirable skills:
- SAP / CRM / Previous experience in a refrigeration / air conditioning / chiller sector.
- IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
