Role summary: The Repair Manager role will be tasked with ensuring our repair offering and repair contracts run successfully, profitably and smoothly, working closely with their team and our customers. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the Repair team has the best working environment and processes. The Repair Manager will evaluate how the Team operates and implements the approved strategies, processes, procedures and policies. Qualifications: Experience in the Lift and Escalator industry. Minimum NVQ3 in Lifts/Escalators or Trade Equivalent (mechanical/electrical). Solid understanding of Health and Safety requirements, Risk Assessments and CDM compliance. Skills/Responsibilities: To be successful in this role you will need to: Establish and promote a safe work environment. Establish and maintain professional relationships. Lead, Manage and Motivate the Repair Team. Labour planning, including use of sub-contractors, ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner, whist adhering to contractual requirements. Develop new ways of carrying out repairs and processes to maximise efficiency. Plan, schedule and coordinate all repair works to ensure timely and effective resolution.
