Role summary:
To minimise Mitsubishi Electric risk from a legal, commercial and financial perspective, through strong contractual negotiations and timely issue of contractual notices. Also, to enhance value for money on allocated Projects, whilst always maintaining the highest legal standards and quality.
To support the business and provide advice on all commercial aspects relating to contractual, financial and time related matters in both the installation and service departments of the business.
Skills/Responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Able to prepare and present financial reports.
- Competently negotiate contracts, accounts, variations and disputes with customers and suppliers.
- Able to review and understand all types of construction contracts pertaining to new installation and service including amendments to the standard forms and bespoke contracts and present required amendments to the customer based on the best interests of the business.
- Ability to understand and provide explanation and guidance of complex commercial and legal matters to both colleagues and other departments.
- Proactively take responsibility of external and internal queries and complaints and resolving in an efficient and professional manner.
